Our Evolution Amber is an ever-evolving beer, we ask our customers to help us decide what the next round of ingredients will be and what local non-profit a portion of the profits will benefit. The base recipe for the Evolution Ale features toasted malt and caramel character. The seventh generation features black currant and jalapeno peppers. A portion of the profits will benefit the Rocky Mountain Field Institute.

Our American Red Ale features bravo and cascade hops, which provide a hoppy citrus character. American and English malts provide balance with a light to moderate roasted malt presence.

Our Cream Ale is a clean, well-attenuated, flavorful beer with low hop bitterness and low to moderate maltiness. The flaked maize used in the brewing process provides a light unique sweetness.
